I’m hoping to turn in to something really pretty!

It is… very!  Not as much as it was this morning, but this morning I went for a walk down the town and it was so nice and warm!  I even had to crack the sunglasses out!  Got paid £110 from Zavvi (yey!) and paid in my cheque from the Inland Revenue (double yey!)

I still didn’t sleep very well last night, but that was partly due to our cats - they kept waking me up over and over and when I shut them out the bedroom they howled and clawed at the door nonstop!  I think they took it in shifts….. lol.

Eaten ok so far today - but haven’t been focusing on it, just ate what I fancied.  It was horrible last night though - I was so bloated, I’m not kidding when I say I think that was the most painful bloating I have had ever.  I took 2 Rennies (reduce bloating - normally half of one clears it up completely!) a hot water bottle, drank some flat diet coke (I don’t know why that helps but it usually does) and was still practically doubled up!  I’m not sure where it came from because I didn’t eat anything I don’t normally eat but oh well - all better today at least :D

Hope you’re all having a lovely day!

Hey, you had what i had!! Not sure how i transmitted it via the internet but…lol :)

Anyhoo, 7 weeks ago i did precisely no exercise at all. nothing . Avoided walking if i could help it! but then i bought a swimming costume (tankini, in fact!) from Bravissimo because i’mgoing to a spa with friends in a few weeks. And it cost £51 quid, and i thought ‘bloody hell, for that money i’m damn well gonna swim in it too!) So i went swimming. And it felt good. So then i went to the gym, and that felt good too. Even though it hurt. So since then it’s just been a matter of staying focused. The signing up for the walk was a way of staying focused. I don’t know what i’m gonna focus on afterwards…there’s a 3km jog in october. Not sure if i’ll be up to that…i’m not very good at running.

Anyway i’ll work on that! What’s this c25km training thingy you were talking about? My motto at the moment is small managable goals…like just doing a little bit more at the gym everytime i go…

and the food stuff. i’m really just taking that one day at a time, everyday it’s a challenge ‘cos i really just wanna eat and eat and eat! and not salad either! lol :)

I have heard of it, actually i have been doing it kind of for the last few weeks. Well trying, i haven’t really got past week one, but then i have been swimming and doing other stuff in the gym. I hope to be able to d a 5km run eventually, hopefully at the start of next year, and to be able to do it in less than 30 mins! (which is actually quite slow, most people can do it it 20mins or so!) I’ve never really been able to run, i just don’t know how to breathe! lol
