Hey!!!
I’m kind of on a high at the moment :) No bad thing but it’s so geeky really. I just finished cleaning our bathroom - I’ve spent 4 hours doing it! And it’s only about 6′ square, if that! But I’m really determined to totally declutter the house and make it just nice to relax in
I was going to do my pilates today, but I really just didn’t feel like it. My cleaning will have burned some, but not many, calories. It’s ok though because I’ve adjusted my eating so I wasn’t eating as many calories today as I would have if I’d done my DVD or gone to the gym. I’ll do one of the two tomorrow, though I think I’m only going to do 45 minutes on the treadmill and more time on free weights. My new running shoes aren’t quite worn in yet and my ankles were all swollen after last time and didn’t go down for a couple of days.
Today was one of those days were I wasn’t feeling particularly enthusiastic about this whole weight loss thing, I just wanted to ignore it really. I’m quite pleased that I still kept an eye on my food intake (having spaghetti meatballs for tea yummy! It’s lean mince, low fat sauce, and healthy-as-possible spaghetti). But just a day where I just didn’t want to think about balanced diets, and counting numbers and exercising. It was just lazy today. But it’s all ok I have eaten sensibly there is absolutely nothing to worry about.
I decided that instead of using exactly 10st 7lbs as my new starting point I used 10st 9lbs because Laura and I worked out that I lost 2lbs in week 4 so I wanted to include that. Makes me feel better too! ![]()

I spent all day sleeping, so i win for lazyness!!
