Starchy

  • Arnolds Sandwhich Thins (100 calories for a delicious sandwich!)
  • Trader Joe’s Whole Wheat Pita
  • Trader Joe’s Whole Wheat Hot dog Buns
  • Uncle Sam’s cereal (190 calories. 10 GRAMS FIBER)
  • Trader Joes Whole Wheat pizza dough (best discovery yet)

Meat and Beans

  • Oscar Meyer Turkey Hotdogs (97% ff)
  • Kirkland Signature Turkey Burgers (200 calories. I am SO ADDICTED! I EAT EVERYDAY ALMOST! Get from Costco)
  • Hormel 95% ff turkey pepperoni
  • FF Goya Re fried Beans

Cheese and Butter and Other

  • Laughing Cow Swiss Cheese spread (35 calories)
  • Babybel light
  • Weight Watchers or South Beach shredded Mozzarella
  • Smart Balance (best fake butter I’ve tried)
  • Smart Balance Popcorn
  • SF or FF cool whip
  • Trader Joe’s Garlic Hummus
  • Trader Joe’s frozen green beans (I used to work at Trader Joes and they sold out ALL THE TIME!)
  • Trader Joe’s canned Tomatoe Sauce

Seasonings and Extras

Sweet Tooth!

  • Cocoa Via Chocolate (100 calories a bar)
  • Trader Joe’s The Chocolate Traveler, Bittersweet Chocolate wedges (in a tin at checkout. it is probably the best dark chcoolate i’ve tried for the price. gives you the perfect little amount but it is hard to stop at just a couple!)
  • South Beach Diet Pudding
  • Trader Joe’s Almond meal (cheap and makes lots of good recipes!)
  • Da Vinci SF Hazelnut syrup
  • South Beach Diet Natural Tropical breeze juice (powder to add to water like Crystal Light. 5 g fiber!)
