So after my little mess up I’ve managed to keep on track for the most part. I have been sick the whole weekend so I stayed on the couch most of the time. I guess that was good and bad. I got to watch season 4 of Biggest Loser which was really interesting. I loved it. It was on all day Saturday and Sunday. I thought it was really inspiring to see people start off near where I was and end up where I want to be.
I also kind of think it wasn’t a good think that I watched it for that long just because I got frustrated. I want to lose weight immediately sometime3s with right now results…which is unrealistic. I felt bad because I didn’t exercise because I was sick but today I took a really long walk and I’ve been eating pretty good.
One week until the bets over and I’ve lost 30 lbs. How much more can I lose??

And for the record, I sometimes get frustrated watching the Biggest Loser, too, b/c I want to make a quick transformation like they do. But since I’m not willing to work as hard as they do I can’t expect to reap the rewards. Even though that makes sense I still get impatient! Keep up the great work!
