Food Plans and Food Logs

I prefer pen and paper food diaries, and I’m not sure I’m ready to transition entirely to digital, but I will be logging my food plan(s) and food goals every week (or whenever I change them).  I’ll also periodically print a day’s food intake for examples of on-plan eating and off-days.  I may eventually transition to recording all food logs on the blog.

These logs are currently being made public to anyone interested in reading them, but that may also change according to whatever I find most useful.
