Hello world!

So I am going to try to update this as much as possible. If it is anything like I have done in the past, I probably won’t update as much as I intend too. I will just keep this updated with the ups and downs of calorie counting, what kind of exercising I am doing and that sort of thing.

This morning, I had set my alarm for 535am with the full intention to get up and go to the gym. When the alarm woke me up, I couldn’t get up at all. I went to bed at 930pm last night and when I reset my alarm, I ended up sleeping for 10.5 hours (which I hadn’t gotten in a long time) So I guess I had to listen to my body and have the extra sleep.

I am going to bring my gym clothes with me to work today and if I feel up for it, I am going to go to the Dufferin and Finch Goodlife. Today I was supposed to do Workout 2 of Week 2 for my Couch to 5k program but since I needed the extra sleep I didn’t end up going. So hopefully the gym won’t be *too* busy, As long as I get 30 minutes on the treadmill tonight, I will be happy!

As far as eating goes today.. I don’t have any lunch prepared so I am going to have to see if I can scrounge something or I am just going to eat a crapload of vegetables and have a vegetarian day lol

I should mention, I am at 169.2 this morning.. up 1.8 from Sunday, so I am hoping if I stay perfectly on plan for the rest of the week it should go down. I don’t know why I am there, I have been eating healthy.. sometimes it just doesn’t make much sense lol
