		<description>Glad you enjoyed the movie.  I love popcorn, but movie theater popcorn can be so inconsistent.  I prefer to smuggle in a snack instead.

		<description>I never used the journals but I have found the community aspect of the 3FC blogs to be really helpful for me.  It's why I haven't gone to start another blog somewhere else - because here it's a nice close-knit group, and out in the wild west of the web I don't think I'll find that same cohesiveness...</description>

		<description>Enjoy the movie tonight!  I walk about 6 blocks from home to the train and then another 5 from the train to the office, so it's nice to get some physical activity and (sometimes, not always) fresh air. And it's not enough exercise, but much better than nothing!</description>

		<description>I read somewhere that weightloss is 80-90% diet and 10-20% exercise so it looks like you are eating relatively heatlhy so don't beat yourself up for not exercising.

		<description>Oh my gosh Nikki! I know exercise is so important. And you're right, regarding your comment on my journal, "just do it". BUT, getting to that is so hard. Don't beat yourself up. You have to go with the flow and keep pushing forward. 

I had to stop logging this time around. I get so frustrated with counting calories. I'm trying to go by how I feel, concerning food intake. I realized that I lose even if I don't work out, as long as I eat healthy. But I had an extra 19 pounds to lose. I have gained 2 pounds back since. Sigh. 

Glad to see you're connecting with 3FC again. I think that keeps us going!

I now do this on Fridays, and try to make getting to the gym on Sat &#38; Sunday non-negotiable, meaning I only need to find 2 days during the week. Some weeks it doesnt work, but just the effort of sitting down &#38; planning really helps.</description>

Getting to a place where I could embrace my inner foodie and LOVE food &#38; ENJOY it again was a huge step for me.  I spent so many years at war with food, with my body.  Over the past few years I've been looking for a 'no stress' weight loss approach.  And enjoying food is part of that.</description>
