s. 2 cookies (brought in from customer for holidays)
d. 1 bowl of multigrain cheerios w/ ff milk
s. 5 cups popcorn

s. coffee w/ ff hazel nut creamer

Exercise - Walk to and from work, 3.5 mile walk/jog (ran 1.5 miles straight!)
