I’M BACK!
159.5!!! I WEIGHED IN AT 159.5!!! Nothing in the world beats eating healthy and getting some activity in and seeing that number on the scale go down. I almost forgot what that felt like! I am so PUMPED UP!.. 6.5 more pounds until I hit my 100 pounds lost again. Stupid me for gaining it back but it’s okay! I know I can get these numbers to drop again. I’m not even really doing anything too hard. I’m spending time with Katie and walking on the track. Walking around NYC with Drew. Eating healthy by default because I bring my lunches every day. Haen’t eaten out in a while which has been great for me, obviously. Drinking TONS of water instead of drinking TONS of alcohol. Yes! I’m back!
On that note! I’m very excited about today. I’ve already had breakfast which was a two egg white wrap w/ turkey, RF cheddar & salsa on a whole wheat wrap. Mmm! Snack will probably be some carrots. Lunch will be cottage cheese and perhaps a granola bar. Dinner is homemade pizza at Nicoles house so I’ll choose a ton of veggies to go on mine with FF cheese. Mmm! Delicious. Snack tonight will be a bag of popcorn while watching a movie with the girls. Everything is planned out for me. I won’t buy coffee today (waste of money) so I’m brewing my own pot right now. Gonna drink some home and take a travelers mug with me which should hold me over for the day. Yay! I’ve got a load of wash drying right now and in a little while I’m going to be taking my shower. Ahh. Today will be a GOOD day.
I’m VERY excited about tomorrow. I’m meeting up with Drew in the city again. Can’t wait to see him =) We’re going to spend as little money as possible. I’m going to suggest just getting a five dollar footlong or something from Subway. We can picnic in central park. Maybe I’ll bring a blanket and we’ll find a nice little cozy spot beneath a tree or something. I’ll bring some pretzels too. Maybe a couple cheese sticks. A bottle of water too. I’m intent on tomorrow being cheaper then thirty bucks or so. I’m not getting paid next Monday because we were doubly paid this week what with the boss going out of town and everything. I need to budget myself. Tomorrow is really the only thing I have going on that will require spending money. With any luck I’ll be heading to CT with 300 bucks. That will include travel costs (the train to and from) and any times we go out to dinner and what not. Ahh.. It’s going to be tight but I’m sure I can make it work. Just have to be super careful. Keep any tips from customers and such.
Alright, ladies. I guess I had better get going. Coffee, I believe, is done brewing. Time for shower power and then off to workie poo =)

You are doing marvelous without the 10 mile goal. Way to Go and CONGRATS! It does feel awesome to lose those couple pounds. Sounds like if you don’t spend money, you don’t gain. LOL.
I think your idea of getting a foot-long was a good one. That was always my fall-back when I was too hungry to cook and I wanted something healthy. Have a blast in CT. I’ll be lookin’ for your posts!

Your lunch date sounds like a nice mini-break before your travels. It also sounds really good. MMMM Subway! Congrats, you are in the 150’s! Wonderful.
