Happy Hump Day!
Morning all. It’s beautiful here in NY today. Much like yesterday. I’m pretty sure today is supposed to be warmer too. Hm.. =)
Yesterday went wonderfully. Work was good, the gym was 45 minutes on the treadmill for a total of three miles. Fifteen minutes per mile.. not too bad. I’m excited to see the mileage [...]
