Ahh.. breathe deep.. spring is in the air today =)
I feel pretty good today. The air is nice and crisp outside. Supposed to reach fifty degrees! Yes! =)
Last night I went to sleep very early. I finished writing my entry and curled up in bed with a book. It was nice. I was probably asleep around 10:45pm. I slept straight through the night. Woke up around 5:20am but fell right back to sleep. Got a text from Alex at 7:20am saying Happy St Patricks Day.. Aw =) Made me smile first thing in the morning. I’m showered, dressed, first cup of coffee has been had, gym clothes are packed and I’m ready to take on the day.
Plan is work from 9 - 4. I’m at odds with what to do about the gym today. Either I’ll hang around the store for two hours and then take two classes starting at 6pm or I can just go straight after work and use the machines downstairs. I wish we got more then a half hour each on the treadmills though. It’s just not enough time for me. I could try the elliptical but the last time I used that machine it just KILLED my knees. Then again, my stamina has greatly improved since I last tried. Maybe I’ll give it a go again. I don’t know. After work and the gym I really need to get to the super market for a few choice things. Bread, milk, creamer, lunch meat.. the norm. I’m almost out of fiber one bars too. Has anyone tried the chocolate mocha one yet? It’s SOOOO good! Tastes like chocolate and coffee beans.. mmmm
Welp. I guess I should be getting a move on. I’ll pick up my coffee from Starbucks early and then it’s off to work. Enjoy your day ladies
Eat healthy! Exercise! I know I will.. hehe

I found some bars named thinsations and they taste like choc chip cookies woohoo and only 100 cals! Have a great day!

i did the elliptical last night after not having done it in quite a while. i just didn’t feel like doing treadmill and all the cross-ramps were taken. i managed to burn 420 cal. wow. give it a shot. you just never know what kind of a workout you’ll get in.

Make sure you start on the elliptical at the lowest level of resitance if you have trouble. Some ellipticals also have incline. make sure that is low as well.. then give it another try. For me its much mroe tiring and there fore mroe of a calorie burn for me to do the elliptical than the recumbant bike. I dont like the treadmill.. hate the thing moving on its own.
