Temptation gets the best of me. June 30, 2009

Good morning everyone. Well yesterday went really well. I’m kindove sore at the moment, but that’s good isn’t it? So, I wake up, and what’s the first thing I do besides go to the bathroom? Yes, run straight to the scale. A little obsession of mine, I know. I promised to weigh myself only once a week, and here I am standing undering this scale. But, on the bright side, I had lost about 2 pounds. I am now 175.8. Amazing, I’m so happy for myself. But, today is only day 2, and many more to come.

Right now I am preparing myself some Perdu Chicken, and boiling broccoli. Hope all that turns out well. I also had made plans with my friend Mike to go jogging with him at the boardwalk. Not sure how that’d work, since I give up after 2 minutes. Yep.

Oh…the start of a brand new me. June 29, 2009

Hi everyone. Let me first introduce myself. Well, I’m Julia, as if you couldn’t tell already. I am 17 years old. I’m 5′3″, and weight 177 give or take. I live in New York and will be attending College this Fall.

I’m a new comer to this website, as well as this blog. I came on here hoping I could blog everything I eat, as well as what I do, and hopefully stick to a regiment. I have been dieting here and there, exercising, but I always seem to give up. I’m not sure why, but I just hate sticking to the same routine I guess. I haven’t “battled” with obesity all my life, but I have been pretty heavy at a child. Right now I would love to lose, give or take 30 to 40 pounds. I would love to tone my lower body up as wellas learn how to quit my frequent binges.

I hope to lose at least 10 pounds this summer, (until August 28). So, today will be my offical first day of “dieting”. I hope this will let me stay motivated and commited to what I am trying to accomplish.

LD: Tuna Fish Can, Lite Mayo

I also did a 1 hour bike ride with my best friend.
