I've lost about the same number of pounds (but it's taken me much longer) and I just passed the 10% milestone this week (there's a post about it on my blog earlier this week). 

I love what you wrote about "mind, mouth, muscle, motion".  For me I concentrate on 3 things, motivation, diet, exercise, but I rarely see people mention the mind/motivation aspect which to me is CRITICAL.  I too find a lot of help in 3FC (but for me it's pretty much just the blogs that I use for that).  

You're really doing well, keep it up!</description>

		<description>OF COURSE you can do it!  I truly believe it's mind over matter.  Once you settle into the right plan for you, it really becomes pretty easy.  I found giving up most artifical sweeteners (diet anything) REALLY blocked cravings for all sugar/starches, and that was the key for me.  Hang in there!  I promise it gets easier, especially as the milestones start to pile up!  :D</description>

		<description>Hi There ... I'm new to 3FC and the whole blog thing.  I was happy to see your post today.  Oh my can I relate to your story !!  While it is great to have a DH that wants to do it with you, it can be crazy-making to do it with them.  

When we first started to 'watch what we ate' ... we don't say the word diet in this house anymore ... the weight just fell off of him.  I suggested that he may want to cut down on the amount of bread he was eating.  By the end of that week, he had lost 7lbs.  

Who loses 7lbs without dieting, just by cutting out bagels !!!  I have to continually remind myself that it is much better to do it together than to have him bringing nasty food into the house.
