Oh Bother!!!
Monday, May 2nd, 2011Yah, I feel like Eeyore. I had a rough winter weight-wise. I gained about 17 pounds. Mwi this morning was 243. Oh bother!
I am really going to try to turn this train around. I feel like crap. My pants are so bloody tight. And these are my 22W pants. Not the 20W pants that hang in my closet with the tags still on.
My goals for May:
- Pull myself out of the winter doldrums.
- Don’t be such a slug in the evenings. Do something - go for a walk, clean the kitchen, clean a closet, do something outside - anything.
- Get my eating back on track. Lose some weight. I need to lose probably at least 20 pounds before the September Alaska cruise to have any hope of fitting into my beautiful gown.
- Take my vitamins every day.
- Eat 2 fruits a day.
- Cut way back on the granola bars and other crap. This was really getting out of control.
- No more donut/mocha runs to Tim Horton’s.
- Get a pedicure and start wearing sandals and capri pants to work. That always makes me feel better.
That’s it for now. I will report back at the end of May and see how I did.
