1 cup of honey-ginger veggie medly with shrimp
Workout
60 minutes of run/walk interval with 5% incline

I&#8217;ve eaten a lot more today than the past several days. I feel it the carb load effects. TOM started today and I was craving something err different. I did more in the workout department so I&#8217;m not too worried about the carbs.. I&#8217;ve been trying to reduce the carb intake.</p>
