Arms: 13 inches (-0.5 inches)

This Week’s Goal Weight: 165-166 lbs

This Week’s Food Challenge:
Quality vs. Quantity. Eat foods that are calorically significant.. continue avoid empty calories.

This Week’s Fitness Challenge:
Quality vs. Quantity. Aim to run on 5% incline half the time.

Breakfast
2 cups of coffee and flavored creamer

Lunch
2 cups of last nights dinner - rice and stewed vegetables
1 smoked sausage link

Dinner
side salad and chicken

Workout
1 hour Zumba class

Bitch and Grip
TOM. feeling lazy tired. But I’m forcing myself to go to the gym!!!

 

Today’s Meal Breakdown January 9, 2013

Breakfast
1/2 cup of boiled carrots
1/4 cup of left over turkey chili
2 cups of roasted yams

Snack
2 fishcakes
handful of mixed raw nuts (cashews, almonds, sunflower seed, cranberry, chocolate chips

Dinner
1 cup of coconut-cilantro rice
1 cup of honey-ginger veggie medly with shrimp

Workout
60 minutes of run/walk interval with 5% incline

Bitch and Grip
I’ve eaten a lot more today than the past several days. I feel it the carb load effects. TOM started today and I was craving something err different. I did more in the workout department so I’m not too worried about the carbs.. I’ve been trying to reduce the carb intake.
