“Other” Goals

 

1.  Find ways to express overwhelming feelings other than eating.

  • Blogging is one obvious option.
  • MUST FIND OTHER OPTIONS WHEN NEXT BREAKDOWN APPROACHES

2.  Let go of my food-related guilt. 

  • Remind myself constantly:  setbacks do not make me a failure as a human being

  1. I fight with food related guilt too. I’ll have something not even that bad and counted in my calorie limits but it’s something that isn’t really “good” for me and I’ll feel that little tingle of guilt. It’s getting better but still happens.
