Lessons Learned

 

1.  Do not grocery shop hungry!

2.  Keep healthy snacks in my desk drawer, purse, and glove box…anywhere hunger and temptation may strike.

3.  Do not skip regulary scheduled meals or snacks.  Eat often!

4.  Put food out of sight:  throw away scraps left from Connor’s meals.  Put leftovers away immediately.  Out of sight, out of mind!

5.  When dining out, eat my portion of bread - and send that darn basket away!!  Out of sight, out of mind!
