Weight-Related Goals

 

It is my goal to lose 1.4 lbs per week - BUT, I will settle, guilt and shame free for 5 lbs per month.  I make this promise to myself!

1.  Get out of the “obese” BMI range.  Goal set:  12/30/2009.  DONE 01/23/2010

2.  193.8 by 01/31/2010.  Goal set:  12/30/2009.  DONE 01/10/2010

3.  Wear sexy panties again.  Bye Bye Granny panties!!  Goal set:  01/07/2010.

4.  Lose my back fat roll.  I can’t stand feeling it when I’m sitting at my desk at work.  Not to mention the fact that I sweat there.  So gross!  Goal set:  12/31/2009.

5.  Be able to use a “regular” size towel again instead of a jumbo.  Goal set:  12/31/2009.

6.  Get into the “healthy” BMI range.  Goal set:  12/30/2009.

7.  Fit into a single digit size pair of pants.  Goal set 01/20/2010.

8.  Wear short dresses again.  Goal set:  01/03/2010.

  1. Haha oh the awful back roll! Mine was just terrible, it hasn’t even fully gone away yet. I keep thinking how much longer till this thing is fully gone?!!? I often reach back and grab at it waiting for the day there will be nothing to grab. Sigh, someday :)
