Day 2 (sort of)

Skipped yesterday, since I got called in to work AGAIN!  (There are definite drawbacks to working for your husband!)

Today, I did The Firm’s Supercharged Sculpting.  It’s one of my favorites, because it’s not too long but it works you hard. Today, I used mostly my 8 pound weights - even for overhead presses which I usually wimp out & go light on.  I really need to build my upper body strength!

It’s tough eating well these days, so I try to make some healthy stuff to offset it.  Last night, I made sweet potato chili.  SO tasty!  Low fat, high fiber, high micronutrients - all round good.

Daughter’s having a Christmas party today, so I have a lot to do to get ready - making fudge, oreo pudding cake & pizza poppers.  Yikes!

Hope this will help me keep track of things.  I got the ‘Younger Next Year’ journal, but it isn’t set up well for me.

This is my 7th day of doing workouts this month.  I did 5 in a row, then got busy with Christmas stuff & took 5 days off.  Now I’ve done 2 days in a row again.  Hoping I can stick with 6 days a week like in ‘YNY’.

Today, I did the first round of Jillian’s 30 Day Shred.  Couldn’t quite keep up with all the cardio.  Did 5 pound weights for most things, but had to switch to 3’s for the second set of arm lifts -

ack!  just got called in to work for an emergency!  Good thing I did a short workout! :P
