 Hello :) So today for dinner I tried out some english muffin toppings. They were all good. My favorite was the vegan cream cheese & jalapenos. It was good!

Breakfast: 1/2 Sandwich (Whole Wheat bread, avocado, alfalfa sprouts, cucumber, vegenaise & spicy mustard)

Lunch: Big Vegetable ‘Egg’ Roll & steamed broccoli on the side (with hosein garlic dipping sauce for both)

Snack: Snk Sz bag Jalapeno Kettle Baked Chips w/hummus

Dinner: 2 Wheat English Muffins  (1 English Muffin topped with pizza sauce, pineapple & olives/ 1 English Muffin- 1 side Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese & Jalapenos- 1 side peanut butter & honey)

Soy BurgerBreakfast: Strawberry Shredded Wheat Cereal & Vanilla Soy Milk

Lunch: 3 lrg Red Potatoes (garlic, red peppers, salt, tbsp olive oil, vegenaise)Snack: box of Nerds (dang halloween candy)

Dinner: Soyburger, broccoli salad & mixed berry smoothie (Amys California ‘burger’, whole wheat bread, alfalfa sprouts, ketchup & mustard)

So I started my eating change Sept 2nd and I was 188 lbs. As of today Nov 1st I’m 170lbs. 2 months and 18 lbs loss! Without giving up ‘icecream’! So I did have a bit of a hangover today so just been watching movies all day relaxing. I always drink a lot of water but made sure I drank double today. I had so much fun last night, so it was worth it.

Breakfast: Big Mixed Berry Smoothie

Lunch: Amy’s Vegetable Pot-Pie & NS Split Pea Soup

Dinner: 2 Tacos (Boca ‘meat’, avocado, hot sauce & taco shells) & Brussel Sprout ‘Stir Fry’
