Breakfast: 1 Red Potato w/ Lipton onion  mix (pan fryed- 0cal olive oil spray)

Lunch: English Muffin Sandwich (Wheat english muffin, pickles, banana peppers, 1 piece fake turkey, vegenaise & spicy mustard), Snack size bag of Salt & Vinegar chips.

Snack: Grapes & 1/4 Pomegranite

Dinner: GardenBurger “Ribs” & Corn (These ‘ribs’ are quite tasty.. I like the BBQ sauce too)  Dessert: Mini Soy Mint Icecream Sandwich
