Woke up late and ate lunch :) For my dinner tonight my spaghetti turned out way better than usual, I used Garlic & Onion spaghetti sauce (can’t remember the brand) but it was good.. with extra garlic and parsley, but the best part was all the mushrooms I added… first time I’ve added my own! YUMMYYYY!!! I had 2 non-vegetarians eating with me, they said it was delicious and didn’t miss the meat a bit!

Lunch: Health is Wealth Veggie Potstickers w/dipping sauce & Snack size bag of Salt & Vinegar Chips

Dinner: Spaghetti (Whole wheat noodles, mushrooms & sauce)

Dessert: Mini Mint Soy Icecream Sandwich
