Weigh in day

So today is my weigh in, and I’ve lost 1.5 lbs this week. Yay. Thank you Stellart for your comment, I’m definitely going to look in getting that book ‘Secrets of a Former Fat Girl’! Sounds good! Breakfast: NS Split Pea Soup

Lunch: ‘Health is Wealth’ Vegan pizza bites (360 cal box) & my Brussel Sprout ‘Stir Fry’

Snack: Tofutti Cuties- Mini Mint Soy Icecream Snadwich

Dinner: Almond Rice Pilaf and a mix of mushrooms, broccoli, red peppers, sugar snap peas and shredded carrots. Topped with toasted almonds, crispy noodles & sweet teriyaki sauce.
