egg rollBreafkast: Mixed Berry Smoothie
Lunch: Kashi Garden Vegetable Pasta (frozen meal 300cal/7gfat/9g fiber/11g protein) & 1 Med Red Potato w/vegenaise & buffalo sauce.
Snack: Snack Sz-Kettle Baked jalapeno chips
Dinner: Big Vegetable ‘Egg’ Roll w/Hosein Garlic dipping sauce & 1/2 can of Corn
