Lunch: Veggie Wrap and Red Potato (mashed) w/Lipton onion mix &vegenaise Dessert: Mini Soy Mint Icecream Sandwich
Dinner: Stir Fry Veggies on top of Rice Pilaf (Broccoli, Carrot Strings, Mushrooms, Snow Peas & Sliced Almonds stir fryed in olive oil, garlic, red peppers, hosein garlic sauce & sweet chili sauce on Rice Pilaf)

Breakfast: 1 Red Potato w/ Lipton onion mix (pan fryed- 0cal olive oil spray)
Lunch: English Muffin Sandwich (Wheat english muffin, pickles, banana peppers, 1 piece fake turkey, vegenaise & spicy mustard), Snack size bag of Salt & Vinegar chips.
Snack: Grapes & 1/4 Pomegranite
Dinner: GardenBurger “Ribs” & Corn (These ‘ribs’ are quite tasty.. I like the BBQ sauce too) Dessert: Mini Soy Mint Icecream Sandwich

Woke up late and ate lunch
For my dinner tonight my spaghetti turned out way better than usual, I used Garlic & Onion spaghetti sauce (can’t remember the brand) but it was good.. with extra garlic and parsley, but the best part was all the mushrooms I added… first time I’ve added my own! YUMMYYYY!!! I had 2 non-vegetarians eating with me, they said it was delicious and didn’t miss the meat a bit!

Lunch: Health is Wealth Veggie Potstickers w/dipping sauce & Snack size bag of Salt & Vinegar Chips
Dinner: Spaghetti (Whole wheat noodles, mushrooms & sauce)
Dessert: Mini Mint Soy Icecream Sandwich

Lunch: English Muffin Sandwich (Wheat English Muffin, slice of ‘fake’ turkey, pickles, banana peppers, vegenaise & spicy mustard) & 2 Veggie Pot Stickers w/hosein garlic dip sauce
Dinner: Kashi Black Bean Mango Frozen Meal (first time I had it, I really liked it)
After Dinner… ahh another party! So more shots of Bacardi and an Amp energy drink.

So today is my weigh in, and I’ve lost 1.5 lbs this week. Yay. Thank you Stellart for your comment, I’m definitely going to look in getting that book ‘Secrets of a Former Fat Girl’! Sounds good! If anyone else would also like to look into this book here is the link: http://www.formerfatgirl.com/ It looks very motivational, after I read it I will write a post for you all

Breakfast: NS Split Pea Soup
Lunch: ‘Health is Wealth’ Vegan pizza bites (360 cal box) & my Brussel Sprout ‘Stir Fry’
Snack: Tofutti Cuties- Mini Mint Soy Icecream Snadwich
Dinner: Almond Rice Pilaf and a mix of mushrooms, broccoli, red peppers, sugar snap peas and shredded carrots. Topped with toasted almonds, crispy noodles & sweet teriyaki sauce.

Good morning
So this morning I was thinking how great it is to not have my first thought be… what can I eat for breakfast! Before making this lifestyle change my food addiction controlled my mind so often. I never truly gave up, but it was so difficult not to. I’d wake up in the morning and think, ok what is the yummiest thing I can have for breakfast? Or if I was on a diet, I’d wake up still thinking: what am I allowed to have, how can I make it better? After I ate that I’d think, when can I eat next?? For the last 2 months I wake up and just get ready for work! I don’t go sneak something before I jump in the shower, or sit in the shower planning my breakfast. Even after I’m ready I wait to eat breakfast until I’m hungry (I always still eat breakfast). I’m so happy that I control my life now, not food! I still am thankful I read *my* life changing book: Skinny B*tch. There are so many other books I want to read too, and I have read or browsed all the books at my local library on being vegetarian or vegan, none have caught my attention the way ‘Skinny B’ has, but I’m still looking for more knowledge. Another book I want to buy is: The 150 Healthiest Foods on Earth by Johnny Bowden. There is a review on 3FC’s book review you can check out!

Dinner: 2 English Muffin Sandwiches (Whole wheat english muffins, vegenaise, spicy mustard, pickles, banana peppers, alfalfa sprouts & fake turkey) Dessert: big slice of Honey Dew
