
My dinner last night - yum!: 1egg+1egg white + chopped carrots & peppers on toast + cream cheese.
I missed my morning exercise, was too tired to get up @ 5 so I crammed it all in after work and got 60 mins on the treamill + 30 mins on the elliptical. and I actually got it done!

In so much pain from my strength workout on Monday. Did my 60 cardio workout this morning but couldn’t do the strength training again so did yoga instead. Other than that my week is 98% perfect so far (had a tiny bit -seriously 1/4 tsp- of cake on my sister’s bday).
So we have a small workout room where I have my workout DVDs, my treadmill & elliptical, my mom’s pilates reformer and my sister’s ps3.
The TV has a huge stack of random dvds, ps3 game boxes and workout dvds along with 2 dvd players and the ps3 stacked underneath it. Big mess, and a random chest of drawers just sitting there.

I use this area to do my workouts in the evening but with all the cables, dvd stacks and general chaos its kind of hard to find the right dvd and manage to get it started to exercise. So I used the chest of drawers and put it under the tv, put the ps3 and one of the dvd players on top and organized the dvds/random stuff into the drawers.

The cables are still sticking out from under the drawer chest *i know* but its a bit more organized now. I separated my dvds away from my mom’s pilates ones.
Still have a bit more organizing to do & I also want to make the room a bit more welcoming and more gym-like. I am thinking of printing some workouts from Blogilates and some motivation from here and here and hang them about along with my exercise schedule for this month.

Totals for the 3rd of Feb

Made this ‘taco’ while everyone else was having the real deal. I used 1 egg + 1 egg white for the omelet mixed in with taco spices, extra lean beef and a l/f slice cheese. Looks more like a burrito than a taco I know but tasted real good with some salsa and salad on the side
My exercise plan for feb is ready, I’ll be posting it later on. Gonna start bringing up my cardio exercise and adding in some weight training & yoga/pilates towards the last two weeks.
Got my exercise in this afternoon + played around with instagram

Got an early start on the weekend this week. Not feeling well, sore throat, sinus infection etc. Couldn’t get my workout in yesterday, had 2 pieces of cake too.. not 1, 2 pieces!! Its TOM again so my weight is going up bcz of the water retention.. overall, not a very good end to the week where I started on track..
So I have 3 workouts left for this week. Gonna try to get in 1 hr of walking later today if the fever goes down. Hope the antibiotics do their work and I can get all the workouts in for this week.
Today has been great - food/exercise-wise. Did 60 mins on the treadmill @ 5:00 am and then 55 mins Aerobic step/pump DVD @ 4:30 pm.
I didn’t think I would be able to do the evening workout especially that I had a really hectic day at work + I’m coming down with a cold + TOM is finally here but I somehow did it.
I’m trying out GU Chomps. They’re supposed to give you a ‘boost’ of energy to carry out workout. Had 1/2 a serving before I left work and then two other pieces before starting my workout in the evening.
I actually don’t feel as drained as I do in the evening and not as hungry. Will see how it goes.
Didn’t exercise as planned today but did some garden work and stuck to plan.
I’m craving chocolate & I know my weight won’t shift this week bcd of TOM.

I’ve been maintaining this blog for a while in hopes that it will help me in staying accountable during my weight loss journey. I’ve been blogging on and off, and recently deleted all the posts after falling off the wagon several times…
But here I am “restarting” the blog again… I’ll just try to “just keep trying” until I finally get there.
So the new plan is simple: Not to obsess too much about what I eat, just simple calorie counting (on sparkpeople) and increasing my exercise gradually. I’m hoping for 1lbs loss a week, and if it doesn’t happen? that’s ok, cause at least I feel great with the exercise and healthy eating.
I’ll be posting on here as I go & maintain an exercise log to stay accountable. My first goal is to reach 196 lbs, that’s around 13 lbs from where I am today which I am hoping to reach before April. I think its a reasonable, achievable goal..
