Banana Berry Smoothie
You will need:
1 scoop of ice
4 fl oz of water (or nonfat milk)
4 strawberries
1 banana
1 tsp. honey

Cut strawberries and bananas.

Blend ice, water (or nonfat milk), strawberries, banana, and honey in blender and serve immediately.
