Huh - I thought I commented on this post ages ago.
How's everything going?

Is your bike odometer motivating you? I've been sadly neglecting mine in favor of the gym. I don't know why. I rode all summer, 20 mile rides in the 100 degree+ heat and now am not riding in this gorgeous fall weather.

Gosh, it does sound like you might need a new bike! Since you were 13? Try a local, small store first to get properly fitted for it. All bikes aren't created equal. The right one can make your riding so efficient, you'll be a Ferrari!

Hope you're over feeling yucky and onto better things!
