		<description>hey there! thanks for the comments on my blog! 

basically, my "plan" is that I watch what I eat under 1600 cals max, try to eat whole grain carbs and lean proteins. i've upped my veggie intake hugely, i drink a lot of water (like a lot!) and i exercise (cardio and quite a bit of weight training (5-6 times per week). 
i mean my weight loss has been kinda slow, but i'm not dieting, i'm eating and exercising like this for life and i love it. i love going to the gym and I love salads now haha.

anyways! i'll be checking in on your blog and progress! keep on truckin'

I hate swallowing pills as well. So I take a childrens chewable instead of a horsepill. It is just as good these days.
