Girl On A Diet

I am heading back to LAWL on Monday, after the long 4th of July weekend at my in-laws. Where I will not be able to control what I eat, of course I can control how much I eat.

I have been on the binge-ing cycle for several days now and my clothes are feeling tight!! ahhh. I was about 20 lbs down from my high of 240 lbs but I am afraid to step on the scale now.

I have come to realize I am a carb addict. When I eat a junky carb, I just want more and more. I think LAWL might help me with that since they are pretty limited on the carbs.

I just want to feel like me again instead of the blob I feel like…I miss wearing cute clothes and I miss having energy.
