@Everyone Omg i am so freaking happy slash confused. Here is why I have became a workout alcholic i can not stop from more than 3 hours and rest or my body saids get off your booty and move. So here is how my weekend went. First i went for a 30 min walk yesterday and the walk led to 2 hours of raking leaves which led to my wrist giving out. Today i was just minding my own business when my body got me to move and i ended up walking for 120 hours. Don’t get me wrong i love the workout alcholic part but my wrist needs 2 days off so i can ice it every 4 hours 4 times and day but when i try to rest for an entire day i end up moving my booty . So thats whats happening with me and how my weekend is going. on an up note
i am so happy that the bears got creamed it was so good i wish i could have seen it.

a clue into my weight gain that i had blocked outta my mind until now

OMG People i have a major breakthrough. I realized something from my past that could be the clue to part of the reason on how i got so freakin huge.
When i was 10 i was in the hospital alot and whenever i would complain about having a sore throat the dr would tell the nurses to get me a medium icream sundae to sooth my sore throat. At the time i thought it was so cool. But it could be one of the reasons i have such a bad time giving up sweets. This is such an amazing breakthrough . I also was not allowed to workout much in high school less i end up in the hospital so that is part of the reason i was so outta shape i am in a little better physical shape now. I am so happy that this song Lift has helped me make 3 major breakthoughs that have taken dm 10 years to get me to admit and i just blocked them out .
