Lift

@ everyone i was watching the aust bl and i found the weightloss inspirational song of my dreams its called Lift the lyrics and who it is by is in my blog
I am going to try to memorize this song .
it hits home with me big time it almost got me so modivated that i almost did a p90x workout instead of watching greys anatomy and i never miss that show and i get pissed when anyone talks to me during it.
