Fruit smoothie blend.

one cup greek yogurt.

one cup low fat milk.

 2 cups berries

1/4 cup ice.

 2 tablespoons flaxseed. and

1  Tablespoon honey  makes four servings.

  1. i was just peeking at some of the recently updated blogs and found yours. but any way just wanted to say thanks for posting this recipe i have been trying to find a smoothie recipe that was not that exotic.
