59 and 58 days

I’ve been lazy and slacking off. No excuses.

Yesterday: 256.5lbs, no exercise
granola in yogurt, water (not nearly enough), coffee with non fat non dairy creamer, apple, 6 pieces of chocolate throughout the day (hershey’s kisses, that kind of thing), 4? special k bars, wrap with mustard, ham and cheese, single serving bag of smartfood, 2 chocolate chip cookies, 1 frozen cordon blue

Today: 256lbs, no exercise
granola in yogurt, water (not nearly enough), coffee with no fat non dairy creamer, apple, 3 pieces of chocolate throughout the day, 4? special k bars, wrap with mustard, ham and cheese, single serving bag of salt and vinegar chips, 1 white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookie, turkey and cheese flatbread from subway.

Gassy today but fairly energetic and feeling good overall. Planning to exercise tomorrow.

Back to work and more snow ick.

Lazy day. No exercise but food wasn’t horrible. Did not weigh today.

I am determined not to eat until after I have umm you know #2d as I don’t like to weigh myself til after that. But I am getting hungry!

Blizzard is winding down. House is quiet. So grateful that work was called off and I didn’t have to venture out in the storm. I am focusing on making healthy choices this weekend. I plan to work out both days.

Food: big cup water, 2 morning star patties and egg whites with reduced fat shredded cheese, 2 leftover pieces Hawaiian pizza, 1 serving of Smartfood, water, can of nsa french cut green beans with spaghetti sauce n ground turkey and parm cheese, 1 piece garlic toast, hot cocoa, water, mini binge of 1 box (6) cereal bars (540 cals total)

Long day at work today due to the big storm. Nothing much in the house to eat and noone wanted to go to the grocery store, so stopped at a pizza place on the way home. Not going to be the healthiest of of eating weekends but also not going to be as bad as many in the past.

12:09am: Just woke up my from a sugar induced nap. It really is like a drug for me. I didn’t have any all day and was so clear headed and productive, but shortly after a carb overloaded supper, my senses were clouded and I could not keep my eyes open.

7:16 am. Day off because I am working Saturday. Jeep at garage. Alone in the house. I often eat out of boredom. And I’m lazy. So. This will be a day of choices.

Today: 257lbs, 30 minutes on treadmill. Thank you Violent Femmes for pushing me into the last 10 minutes and Sublime for bringing me all the way to 30!) and 20 chest presses with stretchy tubing
Food: udi’s almond & vanilla granola in dannon light & fit vanilla Greek yogurt, big cup water, apple, second big cup of water, caesar salad, big cup of water #3, serving of cinnamon oat flax clusters, low fast string cheese, big cup of water #4 and #5 (I’m peeing a LOT), a peanut butter cookie - they’ve been taunting me all day, I finally gave in, and then I made the boy eat the last 3 to save his dad and I! 3 special K bars, dijon panko chicken & broccoli, more water

‘Til we leave for Florida:
Airplane seats, Harry Potter and other rides at Universal. Lots of walking. Snorkeling among the manatees. Good chunk of $ invested.

The boy is average size and almost 15. This may be the last big vacation with the ‘rents til he’s out of college, don’t want it marred by us not fitting on rides or in wetsuits. So, not going for svelte, but more fit, and with a bit less belly would be a win (for both DH and myself).

So, as the song says, “Here we go, oh oh oh!”

Food: minimally processed granola in vanilla Greek yogurt, med McD’s iced coffee cream only, apple, Lean Cuisine, 2 Special K cereal bars, 6″ Subway flatbread turkey, cheese, mayo, veggie sandwich, 1.5 oz salt & vinegar chips, 3 big cups water.
