I Started with a good breakfast: eggs, banana, melon, 6.5 pts. 1 water down. Off to work now…..snack 90 calorie granola bar, WW swiss cheese wedge, grapes 2.5pts…….lunch: salad with: chicken breast, pecans, dried cranberries, goat cheese, balsamic vinegar, and basil pesto pasta 14pts. 2 more waters down….snack WW smoothie with banana, soy milk, protein powder 5.5. That leaves me with 6.5 pts for dinner.
So far I’ve had a pretty good day food wise..not much stress today, I started a new volunteer job at the local hospital, I thought it would be data entry..NOT…it’s frickin filing..i hate filing!! Well I’m not sure what all I should write…I’m following Weight Watchers, I love their program and have easily had success on it. My problem is when I do good I stop tracking…when I stop tracking the pounds pile back on. My last weigh in was August 27 (eeks) I was at 304.2.
I hadn’t been on track until yesterday so we shall see what the scale says on friday the 24th.
Healthy tip of the day: spicy food burns more calories, so spice things up!!
The night before Day One: Well here goes…I just joined 3fc tonight..Im a weight watcher member and I wanted another support system for those late night times when making healthy choices is harder. My daughter is a member also and is doing very well…I’m so proud of her. My biggest problem is I’m an emotional eater, the more stress, the more I would eat. I have the fridge loaded with fresh fruit and veggies, lean meat, and lowfat yogurt. I’m ready…..
