Ok so I guess I forgot to post yesterday..oops. Well it was an off day for working out, I had the baby all day.
Well first weigh in was disappointng for me and Jel. Only down 2 pounds.
Had the baby today again..worked out while she took her nap. Did WATP 1 mile and then did the 2 mile OMG thought I was going to die.
1/2 a mini bagel with tinsy bit of cream cheese (cuz the baby didn’t like it) milk
tilapia, grapes, and hashbrowns, milk
sushi rolls, veggie, salmon, and crab. plum
milk and homemade ww oatmeal cookies yum!
danced for 15 minutes, and did arm work
