And here we go again!

Starting Weight: 173.6
Next Weigh-in: Sunday, August 7th
This Week’s goal: -1.5lbs
Detox: Day 9

So, numbers this week didn’t turn out to be as fab as they were expected to be, but it’s still a drop in the right direction and that is fine with me. This week I lost -1.6lbs, just .4 short of my goal =( lame. (Let’s blame TOM!) I’m wondering if TOM has something to do with it, or it might just be that I won’t be getting “high” numbers now that my starting weight is so much lower. What is typically considered a high loss for someone in the 170’s? Well, this week I’ll lower my goal and expectations and see if I can’t hit it. I can’t let my obsession with getting out of the 170’s throw me off. It might take longer than planned, but I still have to do it. This week I need to try harder =)

Day 8

Starting Weight: 175.2
First Weigh-in: Sunday, July 31st
This Week’s goal: -2lbs
Detox: Day 8

Today is last chance workout day! Tomorrow is my very first weigh in and I am super excited about it. I’ve never been so happy for a Sunday in my life! Not to mention, tomorrow is the last day of my detox =P then I can start eating meat again. Although, I’m sort of tweaking the diet a little. I’m not going to do straight Fat Smashers because I think sticking closer to a detox diet will be healthier for me. The later stages of Fat Smashers are way too lenient.

Wish me luck on the weigh-in girls! And my mama too =) So excited for those numbers, I pray they’re actually good!

Day 7

Detox: Day 7

Pretty good day, except my bike is being bitchy >:( my chain keeps falling off, and when it’s not falling off, it’s wanting to fall off, and it’s REALLY rude. I don’t want to keep spending money on it. It’s supposed to be one of those quiet things that chills out in your garage and never breaks. WHY BIKE! Y U NO LOVE JEL?!

Did some workouts with the mommy, much to her dismay. And only two more days till our first weigh in! I’m pretty excited to see the numbers, I’ve been really on this week. I’m sure they would be better if I wasn’t on my flippin period, but I still expect to see a drop of some sort. Hope you all had a great day =) going to try and buckle down and do some writing tomorrow (plus a last chance workout)!

Day 6

And I was having such a great week! Then WHAM! My period hits. I hope this doesn’t screw up my first weigh in. GRRR! Why couldn’t it have waited a week? It is a week EARLY! I’m sooooooo maddddddddddddd!

On a positive note… I finally did my dreamboard, I think I might make a new one when I have more time. You can click to make it bigger.

Dreamboard explanations (from left to right): Of course my biggest accomplishment would be graduating. When that happens, I think my life is really going to change, but I can hardly imagine! It’ll be so weird to have a DEGREE! Steampunk: because I wanna be a prettier one =) My Monochrome characters Lux and Xander. Green eyes: Because I want to have them, and I hope to get colored contacts sometime soon! Maybe this should be an award? Cycling: I want to do a bike tour some day! Music: Because I love it, and my bestest friend is a pianist, I kinda want her in my future =P Bellydancing: Another thing I really want to get more involved in. I keep trying to get into classes but they’re always scheduled when I’m in school =( maybe next semester. Ridley and Tae from 2011. Zazel and Millefuille from Persephone. Kickboxing <3 my new passion! Hobby Lobby, where I really want to work!!! Yoga: another thing I want to take some time out to try, and also, I really, really want to improve my flexibility. A picture of England because I want to be a traveler of all literary places! Thigh highs <3 because I’m addicted and when my legs look more like that, I will wear them non stop! (That’s my soon-to-be style peaking through!) And finally, Lady Sylvanas to represent my love of cosplay, and the fact that I don’t ever want to be self-conscious when being in costume =)

Detox: Day 5

Today was a rest day, was kinda bad on my detox =( but tomorrow I’m back to kickboxing! I’m planning on going twice, once at 11am and once at 5pm XD I think I’m addicted.

Other than that, mom and I called FASFA and WSU to ask about the financial aid they totally srewed me over on. Well, we updated my FASFA and WSU said that once the changes were processed I’d be getting the 3/4 pell grant =) which is GREAT! I hope it all works out, keep your fingers crossed ladies! Oh! Oh! AND! I FINALLY came up with the gap scene! 2011 is a huge step closer to being completed!
