Not cool.

The week trudges on, unfortunately, and it’s not done dragging little bits of my peace and sanity with it. This morning I decided to get on the scale and I weighed 190. That’s a 4lb gain overnight. Questionable? Yeah, a bit. Granted, the day before I ate an entire large Cottage Inn pizza, not my best choice… but a 4lb gain overnight seems a little…suspicious. I mean I’ve eaten way more calories in one day, and I have gained maybe 1lb or so after a couple of days. Even my entire Christmas break I never gained that much. I’m still stuck on this number, in complete awe. I don’t know exactly when my TOM is coming, but I don’t feel like it’s supposed to be here yet, although I would REALLY love to blame it on that. It’s really heartbreaking that I worked so hard last week and pulled a 5lb and now I’m going to spend the rest of, who knows how long, working this 4lbs back off. Just ugh.

And in addition to that, I’ve been trying to figure out if I can resell this computer game I bought, and it’s looking like a big fat no. So I’m also out $50. Cool beans.

Gotta hate that, gain weight and lose money. Psh, crappy times. I’m in that boat too, but my TOM is here so at least I have a scapegoat- for now.

A four pound gain overnight? You must just be retaining water, because you’d have to eat like it’s going out of style to gain four whole pounds in one day. Add two tablespoons of lemon juice per each cup of water you drink tomorrow- it’s a natural diuretic, and helps decrease water weight. Just don’t do it allllll the time because eventually all that lemon juice will irritate your stomach.
Keep kicking ass Princess Jel. Look at how far you have come in such a short period of time!

I’m sure you’ll jump on the scales and that 4 pounds will be gone, because I agree there is no way you could gain that overnight unless you sleep-walked into the kitchen and devoured your fridge. Do you weigh yourself everyday?

I don’t usually weigh myself every day, but sometimes I give a peak to update on my weekly progress, or when I know I’ve done really bad, and I want to see the damage before official weigh in day >.<
