Down 1.4lbs today, which is pretty accurate for my week. My eating wasn’t off plan (aside from Thanksgiving) but I’m a little wonky with my exercise. I used to find a lot more joy in it, and lately I’ve been becoming complacent with “less is more”. No. No, no, no, no! Bad Jel! I just want one thing, and that is to have a 100% week, and only I am in control of that. So, I think I know what needs to be done. I need to get ready for Saturday, because it’s my birfday party and I will be going out to eat AND having cake. Yep, yep. My birthday is actually this Wednesday, December 1st, but since I’ll be in school, I can’t have my party then, but Saturday is much better. This is bound to be a busy week, I just need to plow on through and give everything my all, even if I have to force down five cups of green tea, I will be 199lbs at my birthday party! YES I WILL BE!
