Any Little Bit Helps?

Down 1.4lbs today, which is pretty accurate for my week. My eating wasn’t off plan (aside from Thanksgiving) but I’m a little wonky with my exercise. I used to find a lot more joy in it, and lately I’ve been becoming complacent with “less is more”. No. No, no, no, no! Bad Jel! I just want one thing, and that is to have a 100% week, and only I am in control of that. So, I think I know what needs to be done. I need to get ready for Saturday, because it’s my birfday party and I will be going out to eat AND having cake. Yep, yep. My birthday is actually this Wednesday, December 1st, but since I’ll be in school, I can’t have my party then, but Saturday is much better. This is bound to be a busy week, I just need to plow on through and give everything my all, even if I have to force down five cups of green tea, I will be 199lbs at my birthday party! YES I WILL BE!

    Things are foggy this morning for me, can’t remember mt starting weight but the scale said 148 this morning.

    hey I’m still at 151…I think my body likes this number..however I haven’t done a lot to move it :(. Perhaps we should start a new Xmas challenge??!! I promise to ‘commit’ to it more!
