Well this past weekend i let things slide too much and my weight is up accordingly. This mrning had my weight at 380lbs,, up from my weight of 377 last thursday!! this is NOT acceptable. Yesterday i started counting calories again and so far yesterday and today i have been back on track, thnk god!

Off to a great start this week,, on track with portion sizes and calorie counting,, averaging about 2000 calories per day. No excercise yet but hopefully soon:)

Today has been a good day so far…the scale read 377.4 pounds this morning….ive broken through the 90`s, 80`s and now the 70`s…I can`t even remember this weight , its been that long since ive seen it!! definately doing the happy dance:0)
