Well today started pretty rough for me. I was super sore from yesterday work out I actually went to the gym twice and did Zumba and Cardio Dance and than I thought it would be a great Idea to jump on the elliptical for 10 minutes. WRONG IDEA I had to take some ibuprofen because my muscles were so sore, but that didn’t stop me from going to my Zumba class today. I was a little disappointed in my eating today. I made some home cooked spaghetti with meat sauce and OMG I had no idea how many calories it had I had 1 cup and it contain 620 calories not to mention the Sodium was high so no more for me. Thank god for the gym : ). Overall I feel a little better then I did this morning. I’m really hoping that this gets easier!
