A really amazing journey
We went to see Jade and DJ last night so supper was a late restaurant meal…burger,apple turn-over and a glass of water. When I weighed this morning there was NO weight gain…thank the Lord!!! I was hoping for a loss but am very happy there was NO gain.
Will check back in as time permits!!

When I weighed Sunday morning, I had gained only 4 ounces…yeah!!! Better than I thought I would do!!!!

Hello Everyone,
Just wanted to peek in and say howdy. Hope everyone is having a great weekend!!
Have been granted 12 more therapy sessions (not looking forward to the pain but want my shoulder to function properly for once in almost 3 years!!
