A really amazing journey

Coming along nicely but…

I have lost 6 and 1/2 pounds since Monday and I am thrilled  BUT the weekend is here and that is my hardest time to behave. My first mini goal is to lose the 20 pounds I re-gained and then I will head toward my long term goal …a little step at a time.  The amazing thing is ALL I did was not eat after 6 p.m. I have NOT resumed my walking or anything…yet!! I know metabolism will only take me so far and I am going to have to implement a walking program again to see longterm results.

I am glad the weather is cooling off so now I just have to force myself to walk again…daily!
