rewards……

my goal is to lose 55 lbs by January 1, 2010…..

my rewards:

10 lbs - new pr of jeans                                         4 weeks of c25k - new running shoes

20 lbs - custom capris                                           6 weeks of c25k - running shorts

30 lbs - new lens for my camera                            first 5k - meal at Los Cabos

40 lbs - 2 new outfits                                             mini triathalon - fitting for cross country skis

50 lbs - trip to AZ!
