i have been beating myself up over my lack of enthusiasm for my goals….i’ve been over in points(or just felt i was) But I really didn’t know because I haven’t sat down and figured it out.  THAT”S BEEN MY PROBLEM!!! Last week, I figured my points right when I got home from work, calculated what I had left for the day and planned my evening meal.  Sunday I got a WW points tracker that is really handy, but not the same for me.  I need to SEE what I have eaten, where I am at and plan for the night and the next day.  i forgot (or just learned) the compnent I need for this to work - planning!  And I found a niffy challange posted by another 3fc blogger, so I feel I have  some accountability now to!  YIPPPPPEEE for ME!  got to go exercise!
