Day 5 January 24, 2011
So it hasnt really been going as planned but I kinda got back on track today a little. Just been feeling a little overwhelmed here lately & like I cant get anything accomplished. Plus Ive been sluggish too which I know a little exercise would help but I just cant seem to get it all together. Work has been crazy & Im so wore out when I get home. But Im gonna get back on track tomorrow & hopefully that will be the last time I fall completely off the wagon!!!!!!
So Ive asked for a gym membership for Valentines Day. Hopefully I will get it!!!!! I think that would help alot & just make time to go after work which seem to be a prob for everything. But Ive got to get busy cause its just a little over 12 wks until the anniversary party! I would like to lose about 25 lbs by then & I think its doable with alot of work!
