About Me

Hello and welcome to my little corner of the internet. Thanks for visiting! I am a 14 year old girl on a mission to lose weight and be healthy. I am 5″4′ and my starting weight is 114lbs (although as I write this I have already lost 6lbs) and my target weight is 100lbs, at lowest 93lbs. Thanks very much for taking an interest, I hope you’ll stick around and follow me on this journey 🙂

    Just want to say I Applaud you on how hard you are working on loosing the weight you want to drop.
    But please take some advise from a older women that has been trying to diet for years, dropping all the weight I needed to very fast and then gaining it all back again and even more.
    Make sure you eat the right amount of calories to keep you healthy….my doctor would be scolding you for how little of intake you are doing with the amount of Exercise you are putting out….yes you are suppose to take in less calories to your output of exercise to loose weight. But every doctor out there would tell you that you should be eating around 1000 to 1500 calories a day for your age and the fact that you are not counting in the calories you burn by just going through your regular day. Please do some on line research for your age group….you burn a lot more calories then us older chicks. Be Safe and be Healthy.

  2. Hello and thanks for your concern! I realise I have cut my calories a little lower than most people but I’m pretty sure that I will be able to lose weight healthily like this and will stop when I reach my target weight. Thank you for taking an interest in my blog 🙂

  3. Listen to the lady…lol…I’ve been where you are and I’m telling you, that you are setting yourself up. Do some more research on calories and google starvation mode. That is when you don’t get enough calories doing the day, or over a series of days and yes, you will lose weight, but as soon as you go back to eating ‘normal’ all the weight will come back and it will bring friends…believe me, I’ve done it way too many times to count, especially as your age. You are setting yourself up. Do the research honey. Best wishes on your journey :).
