Had a very busy weekend and wasn’t able to keep up the food journal…all I can say is I was not on plan and ate why too much sugar. The thing is compared to how I used to eat I was much better, but I am so not used to sugar anymore that I ended up really sick. I think it will actually help me, because I was craving chocolate like no other and now that I have overloaded on it I can get back to healthy eating!
Cant wait till I meet with dietician!!!!
