I weighed in Monday and hadn’t lost an additional weight. I am not okay with that and I could say that ooo I ate Chinese food Sunday so it is from the sodium or any other number of things but I am working on not making excuses. I didn’t exercise anywhere near as much as I could of last week and even this week so far. I keep vacillating between working at it and falling into bad habits.
My goal for September is just to maintain during our vacation but that didn’t mean I wanted to maintain the whole month. Need to get moving.
Today I am going to try my hand at making some basil/spinach pesto. Should be interesting ![]()
